President of NSW Juniors Ben Gregory had the chance to catch up with Philip Scarr (Principal of Full Potential Coaching) and discuss this new initiative.
Phil is an ex-Waratah winger whom has launched a pilot program that aims to 'enhance' existing coaching programs and structures & help players convert their 'full potential' into on field performance and better living thru rugby.
A program that doesn't attempt to replace existing coaching efforts but rather to compliment them. The pilot program has zero cost & is an awesome opportunity for players of all levels.
