Scrum Strong Front Row Academy is back, and is available to any player in Warringah between the ages of 10-18.
Players will learn how to develop the correct techniques needed to scrum safely, and more effectively, making them a more complete player. The neck safety and body shape components of our program are the foundations from which we build a players capability from, to then learn the intricacies of more advanced scrummaging techniques.
