The Farewell Tour

The Farewell Tour is the Club’s final 2020 home game on Saturday 10 October 2020 and potentially the last time 4-incredible Warringah Rugby Club players run onto Rat Park.
It is a great opportunity for everyone to come together and celebrate their amazing careers. The round dubbed “The Farewell Tour” sees the retirement of our 2017 Grand Final Captain Sam Ward, recent 200-gamer and Club text record holder, Josh Holmes, “No.15 on your back No. 1 in your Hearts" Dave Feltscheer, and the incredibly popular and tough as teak, Robert “Bert” Kelly. Between them on that day they will have played over 780-games for WRC.
We all owe them a significant debt of gratitude and on Saturday 10 October 2020 Rat Park should be heaving at the seams to say a final thank you. At the conclusion of the match, a celebration of their careers and a presentation to each of them will be made.
