Rugby Australia is holding an online referee webinar, 7.30pm next Tue, 28 Apr.
It is free, but you’ll need to register at RA’s Learning Centre.
This is effectively the referee component of the Foundation Course which would normally cost $95 and take 8 hrs of face to face course time.
Here it is for free, from the comfort of your own home, in a 2hr webinar followed (or preceded) by approx. 3hrs of self-paced online learning.
The online learning is fully recognised, so once restrictions are lifted and field testing is available you will be an accredited Level 1 Referee.
Subbies clubs will be required to provide referees from 2021 onwards so this is a great opportunity to get a head-start – quickly and for free.
