** NOTIFICATION OF AGM ~ THURS 25th October, 7:30PM **

Apart from the usual committee positions this year we are introducing a new concept of ‘JUST ONE THING’.

We are asking all families to contribute ‘just one thing’ which might include a role such as updating the website, organising first aid supplies, or assistance with a trade such as a locksmith or plumber. These roles are not committee roles and do not require you to attend meetings, but report into a relevant working group. This will alleviate the responsibilities on the current committee and spread the load amongst the Wakehurst members.

Please consider coming along on THURS 25TH OCT to hear about the new vision for the club and nominate for that ‘one thing’ which will make an enormous difference when we all chip in!

Members, players and supporters are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting of Wakehurst Rugby Club Limited will be held in our clubhouse at Waldon Road, Belrose on Thursday 25th October 2018, commencing at 7.30PM

Nominations are called for Committee Positions:
Club President
Club Secretary
Head Groundsman
Clubhouse Manager
Technology Manager
Vice President Subbies
Vice President Juniors
Vice President Minis
Vice President Touch 7s

In addition we are looking for people to fill positions in the following working groups:
Competition Working Group
Grounds Working Group
Clubhouse Working Group
Technology Working Group
Social Committee Working Group
