Onto some content for players. We remain in the Iso training zone of health restrictions – so we need to be aware that the many great group drills and training exercises that are out there, remain off limits. But there is lots of fitness and solo work that players can do.

a) RugbyAu Active Rugby Hub (at home work-outs)

RugbyAu has put together some Active Rugby Hub work-outs for players to follow. Just remember that these work-outs can only done solo, with members of direct family or friends you live with.
