Fantastic day out at Centennial Park on Sunday for the Newport Junior Rugby Club U12s 7s comp
Great competition!
Sizzling 7s kicked off today and i must say it was great to be back. Everyone was (mostly) very positive and saw a cracking start to the season. Thanks to John Glen, Bippy Power and all our wonderful staff (Leggi, Jock, Ruby & Jackson), referees & medics that made the day gel so well. Spotted a number of club officials in crowds, as well as Mark Green & SJRU committee members incl Chairman George Roper & Western Zone Director Bernard Tuaimau. I got so into the swing of the action i forgot to pull out the camera đź“· and take many photos.. so please can those that did tag us on their posts. There was some great rugby on display but 2 matches I saw today were simply awesome – U12 Mosman Junior Rugby Club #1 vs Oatley Rugby Minis and Juniors #1 & U15 Penrith RSL Junior Rugby Union Club vs Dee Why Lions Rugby Club 🏉 congrats to all involved.
